Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Manager for Northern and Eastern Europe, you will lead and manage a team of front-line sellers to create value for our customers and deliver on growth targets.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Enterprise Informatics Sales across multiple zones.
  • Leading and managing a team of front-line sellers.
  • Monitoring sales team individual performance against targets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of sales experience. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.
  • Experience managing a software sales funnel.
