As a Regional Sales Manager for Northern and Eastern Europe, you will lead and manage a team of front-line sellers to create value for our customers and deliver on growth targets.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Managing Enterprise Informatics Sales across multiple zones.
- Leading and managing a team of front-line sellers.
- Monitoring sales team individual performance against targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of sales experience. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets.
- Experience managing a software sales funnel.
