About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our ServiceNow sales efforts in Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Swedish market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Swedish market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector organizations, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and drive adoption of ServiceNow's platform.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Contribute to the development of best-in-class sales practices and methodologies within the ServiceNow sales team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and ServiceNow's evolving product offerings to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions, with a strong preference for experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • A deep understanding of solution and value-based selling methodologies, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop compelling solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
