Job Description:

The National Surgical Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the Swedish market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve market access and marketing challenges.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and management.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in English + any Nordic language (Swedish preferred).
