Surgical Account Manager Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team as an Account Management Specialist for Ophthalmic Devices in Gothenburg. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, managing complex relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the ophthalmic industry.
- Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Providing expert product knowledge and technical support to customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to align on sales goals and objectives.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- +3 years of experience in medical devices and/or pharma within a surgical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, leverage Salesforce, and present complex information effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish.
