Account Management Opportunity in Gothenburg

TN Sweden is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Relationship Manager to fill the role of Account Management Specialist for Ophthalmic Devices in Gothenburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical devices and/or pharma, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS IN THE OPHTHALMIC INDUSTRY
  2. DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING TAILORED SALES STRATEGIES TO MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS AND PREFERENCES
  3. PROVIDING EXPERT PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO CUSTOMERS, IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH AND IMPROVEMENT
  4. WORKING CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO ALIGN ON SALES GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • +3 years of experience in medical devices and/or pharma within a surgical environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, leverage Salesforce, and present complex information effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish.
