Account Management Opportunity in Gothenburg
TN Sweden is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Relationship Manager to fill the role of Account Management Specialist for Ophthalmic Devices in Gothenburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical devices and/or pharma, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key responsibilities will include:
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS IN THE OPHTHALMIC INDUSTRY
- DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING TAILORED SALES STRATEGIES TO MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS AND PREFERENCES
- PROVIDING EXPERT PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO CUSTOMERS, IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH AND IMPROVEMENT
- WORKING CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO ALIGN ON SALES GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- +3 years of experience in medical devices and/or pharma within a surgical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, leverage Salesforce, and present complex information effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish.
