Sales and Account Manager

We are seeking a talented Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Elekta AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the Nordic region by identifying new opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and increasing sales for our Oncology Portfolio.
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong understanding of radiation oncology workflows, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a geographically dispersed team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing commercial action plans, managing public tenders, building strong relationships with customers, and representing Elekta at industry events.
If you have a proven track record in capital medical equipment sales and negotiation, a Bachelor's degree in a clinical or business-related field, and fluency in English and additional Nordic language, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial action plans to drive sales and after-sales service solutions.
- Identify and qualify customer needs across Elekta's full product suite.
- Manage public tenders from initial engagement to contract signing.
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical or business-related field.
- Knowledge in Radiotherapy, Radiosurgery, or Radiation Oncology workflows.
- Proven track record in capital medical equipment sales and negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
- Fluency in English and additional Nordic language.
