Job Description

As a Strategic Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for growing the business across the market unit by selling into a focused list of strategic target accounts. You will build pipeline, create, and close opportunities using a consultative approach to value-based selling.

The role involves working with partners to penetrate into accounts, creating joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles and maximize value while providing strong delivery plans leading to happy referenceable customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong sales execution and continued sharpening of these skills
  • Preparation, ownership, and execution of Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries
  • Preparation, ownership, and maintenance of Territory Plan for agreed vertical
  • Account planning including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts
  • Owning the end-to-end sales process including demand generation, understanding customer needs, agreeing a mutual evaluation process, owning the RFI/RFP process, building a business case for change, and winning business
  • 100% responsibility for delivering quarterly targets and maintaining accurate forecasting
