We're looking for a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at House of Education.
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving innovation, and ensuring maximum satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in managing client relationships, and a structured approach to handling client interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure successful project execution.
- Identify opportunities to add value to client accounts, enhancing engagement and driving long-term success.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales or customer success.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering projects successfully.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
