Job Overview:

We are TN Sweden, a leading company in the medical devices industry, and we are looking for a talented Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge orthopedic products and make a real difference in the lives of patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products to surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
  2. Conduct training sessions for surgical & theatre staff on the use of our products.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
  4. Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to expand knowledge and find potential new customers.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background in sales, medical field technician, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedics, application specialist, or related field.
  • Arthroplasty product knowledge is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license.
