Territory Business Development Manager

We are TN Sweden, a leading company in the medical devices industry, and we are looking for a talented Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge orthopedic products and make a real difference in the lives of patients and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products to surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
- Conduct training sessions for surgical & theatre staff on the use of our products.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
- Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to expand knowledge and find potential new customers.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Background in sales, medical field technician, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedics, application specialist, or related field.
- Arthroplasty product knowledge is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license.
