Senior Business Development Manager

**Job Description:**
The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue and margin growth by managing both direct sales and relationships with channel partners, particularly within the Water, Wastewater, HVAC, and Industrial markets.
- The Regional Sales Manager will provide technical support to technicians and on occasion, commission Flow Measurement equipment.
- This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with existing and new customers, and proactively providing solutions to meet customer needs.
- The role includes identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Leading sales efforts within a defined territory, managing key accounts, tracking sales performance, and staying current on industry trends.
- This role will involve working closely with marketing, product development, and support teams to optimise strategies, manage customer complaints, and oversee the execution of trade fairs and events.
- A highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and account management is required.
- Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, etc.), with 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Candidates must be fluent in English.
- Will to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- You should be comfortable engaging with clients, distributors, and internal teams to drive results and contribute to the success of the organisation.
- Experience with project management and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets will be key to success in this role.
