About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our highly supportive Nordic sales team, including technical specialists and channel experts.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition across Sweden's commercial and enterprise segments, engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers in outcome-driven conversations, and navigating complex sales cycles.

You will be supported by locally-based, technical pre-sales specialists and a Nordic Channel Manager to accelerate your pipeline and success in the region.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of winning net-new business in a complex Data sales environment.
  • Experience engaging with commercial and enterprise clients, leading high-value sales conversations.
  • Strong ability to articulate business value, customer pain points, and long-term impact.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, working closely with technical pre-sales teams.
  • A results-driven mindset with a hunter mentality and passion for closing big-ticket deals.
