Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the continued growth of our ServiceNow business. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing sales strategies that expand our market presence and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of our ServiceNow business by selling licenses and consultancy services to clients across various sectors in Sweden.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Swedish market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector organizations, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and drive adoption of ServiceNow's platform.
  • Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Contribute to the development of best-in-class sales practices and methodologies within the ServiceNow sales team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and ServiceNow's evolving product offerings to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.
