About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Nordic HQ in Stockholm. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and key account management, focusing on retail. This role will combine strategy development and joint business planning with execution, targeting distributor retail markets in Finland and Iceland, as well as identifying whitespace opportunities and building our E-com business in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in distributor retail markets in Finland and Iceland.
  • Identify and pursue whitespace opportunities in the Swedish market, building our E-com business and expanding our presence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Marketing) or a Master's degree is considered a plus.
  • +5 years' experience in a similar/relevant position in Business Development/Key Account Management; experience from FMCG Retail is a plus.
  • Experience with Distributors, E-commerce, Whitespace, Nordic countries, and Retail channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
