Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales activity and acting as a hunter to bring more business to EY Insourcing. You will focus on the market in Stockholm and surrounding areas, while also contributing to national-level sales with a primary focus on new customer processing.
Main Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by employing effective negotiation and closing techniques, converting leads into successful deals.
- Collaborative Sales Strategies: Collaborate with sales teams in other cities to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Sales Activity Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
- A proven sales track record, strong communication skills, and effective negotiation abilities.
- Experience from the industry, preferably one of the Big Four companies, is a significant advantage.
- A university degree in economics, business, or sales is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Swedish being an added value.
