Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute plans to expand our presence in new markets and customer segments.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at large enterprise customers.
  • Represent and sell our entire portfolio of products and services to clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client leaders, identifying opportunities for profitable revenue growth.
  • Drive account business plans, leveraging transactional and strategic initiatives to grow our share in the market.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas, utilizing effective margin management techniques.
  • Qualify and close large deals of moderate to high complexity and cross-GBU scope.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the high-tech industry.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of direct sales experience selling server and storage solutions to enterprise companies.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  • Demonstrate ability in areas such as pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure, time and territory management, and data tracking and reporting.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
