Sales Operations is searching for an experienced manager to lead our Repeat Business team. As a key player in driving repeat business and loyalty in our direct channels, you'll play a critical role in shaping our strategies and tactics.

As a leader in the online sales of flights, we provide tech solutions and fulfillment capabilities that connect millions of flights and travelers across the globe. Our team of over 2500 professionals works together to solve complexity and drive business growth.

About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with key departments such as E-commerce, Product, Customer Experience, and Business Intelligence to ensure all initiatives are data-driven and effective. You'll develop and implement a strategic roadmap for driving Repeat Business, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Repeat Business cross-functional team

Requirements
  • Educational background in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience in successfully leading projects and/or cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret sales and customer data
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable items
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
