About the Role

As a key member of our Sales Operations & Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Swedish subsidiary to operate in alignment with sales operational guidance and processes.

You will work closely with multiple stakeholders at the core of operations, providing expert-level support on sales operational topics and processes. Your extensive knowledge of data analysis, tool readiness, and communication skills will enable you to effectively navigate complex issues and provide solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform recurring and ad-hoc analysis to ensure proper revenue allocations and pipeline hygiene.
  • Support strategic processes such as yearly segmentation, planning, quota setting, and sales team territory assignments.
  • Drive awareness, usage, and successful deployment of centralized sales operations services.
  • Prepare and host training sessions and communications on sales operational topics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • High-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and pivot tables.
  • Proactive approach, learning mindset, and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
