About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Beauty Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
- Become an expert in our range of K-beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and accessories, to educate customers on their benefits and uses.
- Achieve sales targets by proactively assisting customers, promoting sales, and providing solutions tailored to their beauty needs.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays that reflect our brand and attract customers.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product placement.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics – K-beauty knowledge is a plus.
- Previous sales or retail experience (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
