About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager to join our team. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our partners to drive business growth and transformation. You will develop and promote partner value propositions, sales & operational processes, and internal consumption of Cisco solutions.
Key Qualifications
- 4-5 years' experience in the tech industry in a similar role.
- Strong business maturity.
- Ability to work well in cooperative teams and independently with individual goals.
- Fluent in English and Swedish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with partner sales teams to drive business growth and transformation.
- Develop and promote partner value propositions, sales & operational processes, and internal consumption of Cisco solutions.
- Mentor and lead by example using a 'train, teach, position' methodology for success.
- Cultivate relationships at the executive level to secure buy-in for long-term initiatives and ensure alignment of strategic and operational goals.
