About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Partner Account Manager to join our team. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our partners to drive business growth and transformation. You will develop and promote partner value propositions, sales & operational processes, and internal consumption of Cisco solutions.

Key Qualifications

  • 4-5 years' experience in the tech industry in a similar role.
  • Strong business maturity.
  • Ability to work well in cooperative teams and independently with individual goals.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with partner sales teams to drive business growth and transformation.
  • Develop and promote partner value propositions, sales & operational processes, and internal consumption of Cisco solutions.
  • Mentor and lead by example using a 'train, teach, position' methodology for success.
  • Cultivate relationships at the executive level to secure buy-in for long-term initiatives and ensure alignment of strategic and operational goals.
