We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our EMEA region and drive rapid new business sales growth. As a Senior Director Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals.

About the Role

This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage AI to transform how we work. You will lead direct sales executives to drive new business sales growth in the region, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage sales operations effectively.

  • Lead and motivate a team of direct sales executives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive new business growth in the region
  • Manage sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills at C-level
  • Extensive experience in managing and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to understand the competitive landscape and develop effective sales strategies
