
Sales Director Nordic Countries

We're looking for a talented Sales Director to lead our Nordic countries operation. As an Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for selling our innovative technical solutions in Norway, building long-term customer relationships, and driving business growth through strategic sales efforts.

You'll join a team of over 500 employees across Europe, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and integrity. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth in Norway by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in Norway through identification of new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
Your Profile
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Candidate should have strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for sales and marketing
