Sales Director for Medical Aesthetics in Nordic Region

At Nordberg Medical, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to drive business development and sales growth in the Nordic region. As our new Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive product sales and achieve targets for key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in medical aesthetics sales and commercial leadership roles. You will be required to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and establish a strong network of KOLs and HCPs in the aesthetics market in Sweden and Finland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product sales and achieve targets for key accounts.
  • Build and maintain commercial relationships with Key Accounts in Sweden and Finland.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and tailor-made customer activity plans with short- and long-term ROI calculations.
  • Collaborate with the Nordic team to develop promotional materials and initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the aesthetic market and competitive products.

Qualifications

  • Sales and commercial experience in medical aesthetics.
  • Experience in a field-based Sales position.
  • A proven ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • An established network with KOLs and HCPs in the aesthetics market in Sweden/Finland.
  • Knowledge of ROI calculations (e.g. activity plans, budget planning, and price positioning).
  • Experience in organizing events, performing presentations and collaborating with selected KOLs regarding medical trainings.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, spoken and written.
