You will play a key role in driving revenue growth as an Enterprise Sales Professional in our Nordic market. Your responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our valued private sector prospects, resulting in increased revenue.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with larger enterprise customers in the Nordics, shaping the employee benefits technology landscape.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and targeting potential clients, leading to effective meetings and engaging software demonstrations.
  • Conducting pre-sales activities, implementing marketing strategies, showcasing software demos, and creating compelling business cases.
  • Understanding client needs and crafting strategic solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from contract negotiation to closure.
  • Actively participating in marketing and pre-sales events, webinars, and client-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in Enterprise Sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and have experience working with partners. A Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Human Resources, or a similar field is desirable.

The following qualifications are essential:

  • At least 5 years of Enterprise Sales experience
  • Experience of complex Tech/SaaS-sales and/or sales experience in HR Tech
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry and working with partners
  • Experience winning new businesses
  • Fluency in Swedish & English both spoken and written
