Nordic Enterprise Sales Enablement Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Engineering Manager in the Nordics region. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion by leading our sales engineering efforts in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud data management, backup, and cyber recovery technologies, as well as excellent business acumen to provide strategic guidance to our sales teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement strategies to drive adoption of our solutions among Large Enterprises in the Nordic region.
- Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to drive adoption of Rubrik's solutions among Large Enterprises in the region.
- Lead the sales engineering team in the region, providing technical direction and guidance to ensure success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
