Sales Expertise in Workforce Management

As a Sales Expertise in Workforce Management, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts in the Nordics. Your primary focus will be on driving growth and expansion in Sweden, a key market for ProMark. With your extensive experience in SaaS B2B enterprise software sales, you will be able to navigate complex enterprise environments, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders, and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, creativity, and adaptability. As a Sales Expertise, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet our customers' needs. In return, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our commercial growth, shape our sales strategies, and play an active part in rebuilding our Swedish office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Drive growth and expansion in Sweden, a key market for ProMark
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet our customers' needs
  • Contribute to the development of our sales strategies and tactics

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of SaaS B2B enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong lead generation and outreach skills, with the ability to proactively create opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English is essential for success in this role
