Role Overview:

This sales role focuses on building robust relationships with decision-makers in the Hospitality industry, with a primary emphasis on international and national footfall.

The goal is to secure new customers for our core hospitality products and services while managing existing accounts within the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The role holder will report directly to the Senior Account Commercial - DACH-Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create an annual Sales Development plan, including developing and maintaining a pipeline of business opportunities.
  2. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business sales targets.
  3. Retain existing customers and extend their service contracts.
  4. Maximize revenue opportunities and ensure business profitability.
  5. Respond to customer/partner inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with supporting departments to resolve issues to a satisfactory standard.
  7. Precision-complete sales documentation, including quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  8. Lead on creating and delivering new business presentations to customers.
  9. Maintain accurate CRM records, aligning with KPIs set by the manager.
  10. Provide timely information to the manager and other internal teams.
  11. Contribute to the broader sales team, sharing ideas to support colleagues in achieving set objectives.
  12. Represent the company professionally, effectively, and constructively.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in new business sales, preferably in the IPTV and networking industry.
  2. Previous sales experience selling to hospitality operations and an understanding of hospitality technology.
  3. Knowledge of current sales techniques and skills in developing a sales pipeline and sales development plan.
  4. Track record of managing and delivering new business targets.
  5. Familiarity with the French hospitality industry would be advantageous.
  6. Strong interpersonal and networking skills in a similar sales environment.
  7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  8. Organizational, planning, and sales preparation skills.
  9. Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  11. Fluent English and 2 Nordic languages.
  12. Passion for sales: Proven ability to drive sales in a fast-growing company.
  13. Self-management: Display evidence of resilience, drive, self-control, and personal presentation.
  14. Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  15. Communication skills: Experienced and strong.
  16. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic sales team.
