About the Job

We are seeking a talented Cloud Database Solutions Expert to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in sales enablement training programs, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and leadership development initiatives
Requirements
  • 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Strong knowledge of the Banking industry
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
