Workiva is seeking an Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities from executive-level buyers and influencers in private or publicly traded companies.

As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will work closely with other sales teams to deliver multi-solution sales and drive customer acquisition within your assigned territory. You will build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and develop solutions that meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a related role, such as enterprise technology or complex solution sales. They will also possess strong business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to communicate at the most senior level.

This role requires up to 30% travel for regular customer meetings and events. You will need reliable internet access to work remotely and not in a Workiva office.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek out sales opportunities in collaboration with peer sales teams, inside sales, and partnerships to generate qualified sales pipeline
  • Utilize information gathered during the needs analysis phase to deliver a compelling demonstration of the Workiva platform
  • Skillfully address customer objections - removing obstacles - and finding solutions to various client challenges
