Role Overview

The Account Executive is a key member of the sales team responsible for driving business growth and customer acquisition in the Nordic region. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and complex sales cycles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling Workiva's core platform to Executive-level buyers and influencers in private or publicly traded companies.
  • Collaborating with other Workiva Solution Sales teams to deliver multi-solution sales.
  • Building relationships with customers to identify their needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously, from initial contact to closing deals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a related role, preferably in enterprise technology or complex solution sales.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and career experience.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian.
