Enterprise Sales Director

At Wolt, we're looking for an Enterprise Sales Director who will drive the growth of our retail portfolio by identifying and developing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level partners.
This role involves engaging in medium-complex business-level discussions with C-level executives, using data and insights to hold your own in operations, marketing, and technical conversations. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial flair and collaborate across teams/functions to build a winning proposition.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and managing a pipeline of new potential Wolt partnerships
- Building relationships with identified leads and positioning Wolt as a partner of choice
- Negotiating partnership terms using data and logic to gauge potential performance and unit economics
- Understanding the competition and various verticals in the market
- Working closely with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams to build a winning proposition
- Participating in refining the local sales strategy to accelerate Wolt market penetration
We're looking for someone with proven success in solution sales, business development, and negotiation. Experience from SaaS, marketplace, eCommerce, and/or last-mile logistic-related sales is an advantage. Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen, along with the ability to present to Director/VP/CXO-level stakeholders, are essential. A consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate buy-in and build followership are also crucial.
