As the key player in driving Sweden's transition to sustainable energy, you will develop and execute a growth-focused sales strategy, building strong relationships with corporate clients, rental, and taxi companies for customer success.

- Maximize business opportunities by driving repeat business, pursuing bulk deals, and leveraging leasing company relationships to meet customer needs and drive growth.
- Lead a high-performing sales team by guiding a motivated sales team, fostering ongoing performance development, and leading by example.
- Manage corporate sales plan and brand standards by maintaining product knowledge, utilizing CRM systems and tools, promoting innovation and learning, and ensuring brand management standards.
- Champion excellence and continuous improvement by ensuring Tesla brand standards, promoting best practices, maintaining product knowledge, and utilizing Tesla's CRM system for accurate reports.
- Significant managerial experience in B2B or commercial sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
- Exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and adhere to critical deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Passionate dedication and an ethical approach to sales management and operations.
- The ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a trusted partner.
- Solid knowledge of appropriate financial options and incentives.
- Fluency in both oral and written English and Swedish, and a valid driver's license.
