Sales Specialist Industrial & Renewables

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in Sweden. Your primary focus will be on selling energy cables for infrastructure, industrial, and renewable projects.

You will identify opportunities, connect with new customers, and help increase our market presence. Your main goal will be to drive sales, expand our business, and achieve growth targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is a home-based role, with a preference for candidates who can travel within the provinces close to Stockholm, where our main customers are.

You will need a customer-focused mindset and a proactive sales approach to succeed. You will spend approximately 60% of your time in the field, visiting potential customers, building relationships, and showcasing the value of our energy cable portfolio.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our market share.
  • Build a strong project pipeline for mid- and long-term business growth.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct competitor analyses and gather market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
