As a Strategic Sales Alignment Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement in sales operations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a significant impact on our sales efficiency and overall success across the entire group. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to partner with our sales leaders and drive strategic alignment across the revenue organization.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and refine sales programs, create and manage action plans, and track key performance metrics.
  2. Leverage tools such as Salesforce (CRM) to recommend process changes that accelerate deal flow and pipeline growth.
  3. Facilitate accurate and timely forecast submissions using sales processes and tools and improve forecasting tools and methodologies to support market-specific needs.
  4. Implement effective solutions and support targeted pipeline generation programs.
  5. Provide input on quota expectations to the compensation team, understand impacts of the sales compensation plan, and assist in creation and communication of sales campaigns and sales bonus incentive programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 4-6 years of Sales Operations work experience, ideally in the IT / Saas industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
