Northern Europe Account Executive

As a Regional Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of Trimble's Civil Construction Field Solutions division in Northern Europe. Your primary focus will be on promoting Connected Site solutions to existing accounts and new customers, while also developing strong relationships with regional equipment dealers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing sales and application support to distributors and end-users in the CEC product portfolio.
- Increasing market share through the development of Connected Site solutions to existing accounts and new customers.
- Selling through select channels of distribution and having large project involvement, developing strategic key end-user relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of successful consultative sales.
- Experience in Channel development and management.
- Business, sales, market and domain knowledge in survey, civil engineering and/or construction.
- Ideally experienced in Technology solutions for Construction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to +/- 75%.
- Proficient knowledge of civil construction applications.
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language.
