
Product Sales Executive

As a member of our team, you will contribute to creating a more sustainable energy landscape while leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success.
Your Role:
- You will be responsible for implementing the portfolio strategy for assigned products and portfolios, considering sales strategies and volume ramp-up for defined markets.
- You will work closely with Area Sales Managers to develop local market presence and promote products to generate market acceptance.
- You will coordinate customer projects, initiate specification work, and ensure its implementation.
- You will provide technical and commercial support to sales colleagues, qualifying them for product knowledge and developing marketing materials as needed.
- You will collect feedback from the market and communicate it to product management, visiting customers as required.
- You will negotiate and conclude framework agreements in close coordination with Area Sales Managers.
Requirements:
- A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, with additional knowledge in business management.
- Several years of sales experience, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good technical understanding and sales expertise for assigned products/portfolio.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for go-to-market and sales activities.
- Excellent networking skills, maintaining good relationships internally and externally.
- Bilingualism in English and additional languages (e.g., Swedish/Polish) desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.
