About the Job:
This Regional Sales Professional role is focused on driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Göteborg & VGR region. The successful candidate will promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio and its applications in the orthopedic market.
Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Provide clinical support and training to medical and surgical professionals on product use and applications.
Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders to promote Stryker's products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in orthopedic sales.
Strong understanding of the orthopedic market and its trends.
Diploma/degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare, or engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
