Job Description
The role of Sales Specialist will play a key part in achieving our ambitious growth targets. As a home-based sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial segment. Your primary focus will be on selling energy cables for infrastructure, industrial, and renewable projects. You will identify opportunities, connect with new customers, and help increase our market share. Your main goal will be to drive sales, expand our business, and achieve growth targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in the industrial segment.
  • Build a strong project pipeline for mid- and long-term business growth.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct competitor analyses and gather market intelligence.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, bid management, or similar commercial roles within a relevant industry.
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Proactive and resilient approach to tackling new challenges.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce and SAP) and the Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
