We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for selling energy cables for infrastructure, industrial, and renewable projects. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities, connecting with new customers, and increasing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our market share.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct competitor analyses and gather market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, bid management, or similar commercial roles within a relevant industry.
  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Proactive and resilient approach to tackling new challenges.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce and SAP) and the Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
