Medical Sales Consultant

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to become part of our team as a Territory Sales Manager in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.
ResponsibilitiesEstablish strong connections with internal and external partners through product training sessions and initial exposure phases.
Recognize, analyze, and target new clients, while consistently maintaining quality services for existing customers.
Formulate plans and strategies in the sales process and participate in negotiations with medical practitioners, administrators, and procurement staff.
Provide hands-on guidance to medical and surgical professionals regarding product utilization, facilitate demonstrations, and offer operational assistance as needed.
Attend conferences, seminars, and business events to discover new opportunities, gain industry insights, and foster relationships with clients.
Develop orders tailored to interested clients' needs and maintain continuous communication throughout the ordering process.
Collaborate with colleagues in Sweden and the Sales Director to ensure seamless delivery of superior customer services.
Background in sales from pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, medical technology, pharmacy, or similar sectors.
Proficiency in anatomy and orthopedics, though not essential, is advantageous.
A university degree in fields like medicine, health science, dental care, biotechnology, etc., is preferred.
The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swedish.
A valid driver's license is a requirement since routine client visits are expected.
