Sales Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.
Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering on our mission of promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products.
You will identify, analyze and prospect new customers while providing ongoing service to existing ones.
Strategies will be planned and implemented in the sales process, including negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.
You will advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations, provide clinical support in the operating room when needed, and prepare orders for interested customers.
Congresses, seminars and business meetings will be attended to identify potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.
You will work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure customer service levels are best in class.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related.
Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory but it is an advantage.
A diploma/degree, preferably in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare or in any other relevant areas or technical career, is required.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish are essential.
A valid driver's license is necessary as regular customer visits are involved.
