The Opportunity

As a Business Development Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our ability to deliver cutting-edge automation solutions. You will collaborate with our teams to design bespoke solutions that meet customer expectations and contribute to our mission of driving efficiency in material handling.

  • Develop comprehensive engagement strategies and account plans for strategic automation customers in partnership with European and Global Key Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and Sales to craft innovative automation solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and lead global tender responses, ensuring top-notch proposals that meet customer expectations.
  • Support European and Global Key Account Managers in identifying and prioritizing the best sales opportunities for our automation portfolio.
  • Translate customer needs into impactful, value-driven automation solutions to solidify our position as a trusted supplier.

Your Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager role.
  • Experience within material handling and automation, preferably within a global organization.
  • Proven success in delivering complex technical solutions for large-scale projects.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and create customized solutions that add value.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with additional European languages being an asset.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
