Orthopedic Sales Representative

About the Role:
This Orthopedic Sales Representative role is focused on promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products to hospitals and clinics in the Göteborg & VGR region. The successful candidate will work closely with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
Provide clinical support and training to medical and surgical professionals on product use and applications.
Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders to promote Stryker's products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in orthopedic sales.
Strong understanding of the orthopedic market and its trends.
Diploma/degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare, or engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
