Katam Technologies is seeking a Sales and Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will have previous experience in inside sales or customer service, with strong organizational, problem-solving, customer service, communication, and multitasking skills. They will also have a strong interest in communicating with individual customers to understand their needs for further guidance within Katam's sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Manage customer relationships to build trust and loyalty.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Monitor user behavior using Google Analytics and generate weekly reports.
Requirements
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and interest to understand our offering and advanced IT technologies.
- Desirable: Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM system) and Google Analytics.
