As a Regional Sales Manager:
- You will contribute to the successful implementation of the energy transition by promoting our innovative solutions.
- You will develop and execute local market strategies, working closely with Area Sales Managers.
- You will provide expert support to sales colleagues, enabling them to effectively sell our products/solutions.
- You will engage in negotiations and conclude framework agreements, ensuring mutual benefit for both parties.
Your Qualifications:
- A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of sales experience, including strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good technical understanding and sales expertise for assigned products/portfolio.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for go-to-market and sales activities.
- Excellent networking skills, maintaining good relationships internally and externally.
- Bilingualism in English and additional languages (e.g., Swedish/Polish) desired.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.
