Sales Representative Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sales Representative to promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with internal stakeholders to gain product knowledge and develop relationships with external partners.
Prospect and acquire new customers while maintaining existing relationships to drive growth and revenue.
You will implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction, negotiate with key decision-makers, and advise on product usage.
Provide clinical support in the operating room, conduct product demonstrations, and prepare orders for interested customers.
Attend industry events to network and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Demonstrated sales experience in industries like MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, or BioTech.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Swedish.
A degree in business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, or a related field.
A valid driver's license for regular customer visits.
