Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through product trainings and familiarization phases.
Identify, analyze, and prospect new customers while providing ongoing service to existing ones.
Plan and implement strategies in the sales process, conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations and provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.
Prepare orders for interested customers and ensure reliable partner during order follow-up.
Work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class customer service levels.
Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related fields.
Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory but an advantage.
A diploma/degree in business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or any other relevant areas or technical career is required.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish are necessary.
A valid driver's license is required as regular customer visits are involved.
