Job Summary

As a Territory Sales Manager in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden, you will play a vital role in driving growth by promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Build trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders through comprehensive product trainings and familiarization phases.

  2. Continuously explore new market opportunities, understand customer needs, and develop strategic plans to address these requirements.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective sales strategies that meet customer expectations.

  4. Effectively communicate product information, features, and benefits to various audiences including medical professionals, hospital administrators, and procurement officials.

  5. Actively participate in conferences, seminars, and business events to build brand awareness, enhance knowledge, and establish strong professional networks.

  6. Monitor and manage sales performance, provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.

Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales with expertise in the medical device sector.

  • Ability to navigate complex product portfolios and effectively articulate product value propositions.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

  • Native fluency in Swedish and exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
