The Revenue Growth Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic sales alignment and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to our growth journey.

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to partner with our sales leaders and drive strategic alignment across the revenue organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in sales operations and a deep understanding of the IT / Saas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive strategic sales alignment across the revenue organization.
  2. Develop and refine sales programs, create and manage action plans, and track key performance metrics.
  3. Leverage tools such as Salesforce (CRM) to recommend process changes that accelerate deal flow and pipeline growth.
  4. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the sales organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 4-6 years of Sales Operations work experience, ideally in the IT / Saas industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
