Our product portfolio includes SafeAir, Neptune, and other cutting-edge solutions that help reduce exposure to surgical smoke and improve operating room efficiency.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing our Surgical Technologies business in the North of Sweden region. Your primary responsibility will be to pursue opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction while demonstrating excellent customer and patient focus.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in both Swedish and English. You should also be able to build strong relationships with customers, hospital professionals, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you should be enthusiastic about (medical) technology and have the ability to adapt to new situations.
Responsibilities include starting with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about our product portfolio and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will prospect new customers, understand their needs, while also providing ongoing service to existing customers: fostering trust relationships and customer loyalty.
The position involves planning and implementing strategies in the sales process and conducting negotiations including with hospital professionals, purchasing departments, etc.
You will inform, advise, and train hospital professionals during demonstrations.
Preparation of orders for interested customers and being a reliable partner for our customers also during order follow-up and after-sales.
Participation in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for customer contact.
Close collaboration with the Surgical Technologies team members and also with peers of other divisions of Stryker towards cross-departmental opportunities.
