We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team at TN Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

About the Role:
  1. You will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  2. Identify, analyze and prospect new customers while providing ongoing service to existing ones.

  3. Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.

  4. Advise and train medical and surgical professionals on product use during demonstrations, provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.

  5. Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.

  6. Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for them during order follow-up.

  7. Work closely with other team members in Sweden and the Sales Manager to ensure customer service levels are best in class.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related is required.

  2. Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory but is an advantage.

  3. A diploma/degree, preferably in business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or relevant areas/technical careers is necessary.

  4. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish is essential.

  5. A valid driver's license is required for regular customer visits.
